Jackson Street Parking Garage

Mr. Curtin served as owners representative and project manager for this project. The $10 million parking and retail structure had been discussed in the community for over 50 years. This project was seen as a linchpin in the future development downtown. The 400 parking spaces and 8,000 SF retail space provided critical parking in the heart of downtown. The retail space, 2 restaurants, reinforces the entertainment district downtown. Mr. Curtin worked with Koetter Kim of Boston on the design and construction of the project. Mr. Curtin oversaw construction and all other aspects of the project. Designed to fit in aesthetically with all the adjacent buidings and to not look like a parking garage, the project has been well received and is heavily used. Both restaurants are seeing steady traffic in spite of the extensive construction going on around the project.
