Project Information: This is now one of the premier sites for sports events and currently brings in over $6,000,000 in economic development to the community. This project involved the reconstruction of the softball fields, construction of a new concession/office building and restrooms.  

Responsibilities:

• Served as owners representative, project manager and landscape architect 
• Responsible for the initial $750,000 bond project. 
• Coordinated with the consultant to get to a project within budget, 
• Oversaw construction and implementation of the project
• Since completion have overseen additional improvements to the complex:
  • batting cage
  • parking expansion 
  • building improvements 
  • operational support
