Exit V Corporate Park and Commercial Development

 

Mr. Curtin was involved with the master plan and land use plan for 887 acres of multi-use property adjacent to Exit 5 of I-69 northest of Indianapolis. The area contains offices; distribution centers; and residential, retail, and commercial property. The project included design of guidelines for continued development and property improvement, site development, roadway/parkway design, boulevard lighting and irrigation, and water feature design.
